This year, the program will focus on the topic of "Forensic Science" and will involve students from the K-12 school districts within Carl Sandburg College District. The students will work as a team on a project and will present their work to the College Board of Trustees at their regular Board meeting at the Carthage Branch Campus on July 24th, 2008

Vancouver severed feet
By the way, the most recent foot found in the Vancouver floating foot story was a fake. It wasn't a real female foot that was cut off, so a serial killer has become a little less likely.

Some hoaxes are easily determined. . .some take a very long time. Interesting!
So does this mean we should be checking manquins in the stores?...LOL
